At Cabana Kyrene the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit starts as low as $500.00 for a studio and one bedroom and $750 for one bedroom and two bedroom homes on approved credit. Total deposit can be up to one and a half months rent or have the option to pay a security deposit bond paid to our 3rd party partner.

At Cabana Kyrene Apartments each future resident over the age of 18 will be required to pay a $50 application fee.

At Cabana Kyrene the rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent payments can be made via our online payment portal with credit or debit card, or by using banking account information (e-check).

At Cabana Kyrene each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application subject to our fee of $50 per adult and sign the lease agreement.

At Cabana Kyrene Apartments, we offer flat-rate utilities for a hassle-free living experience. Residents are responsible for their own electric. 

Residents at Cabana Kyrene Apartments enjoy the convenience of having their home set up with fiber internet and cable services through COX Communication should the resident choose to have this.

Cabana Kyrene Apartment homes feature washer and dryers in each home for your convenience.

At Cabana Kyrene Apartments, select floor plans come with walk-in closets and additional interior storage.
